Return and Refund Policy

• We are happy to refund or exchange any of the sets within 5 days of arrival in the UAE and Saudi Arabia only. 
• Except for products with manufacturing defects, orders from outside Saudi Arabia and the UAE are not eligible for return or exchange. 
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and sealed. 
• If the product has been used, or the original box has been opened, or the original seal (white thin layer over the bag) has been removed, or the logo and other accessories outside the box have been detached, we will decline the refund and return the product to you. 
• Customers must contact the seller's service center directly within three days of receiving the products if they have manufacturing defects; otherwise, such products are not accepted for returns by RINI
• A product will not be accepted as returned until it has been notified to the customer by RINI team that it is accepted for return.
• No return or exchange for the sales items except for the products having manufacturing defects.

Process upon receiving return request

It may take up to 2~3 Days based on your location (in UAE and Saudi Arabia) for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your RINI wallet if you paid in cash. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product.
